UNIFORM INSTRUCTIONS
Dear Parents and Players,
We are looking forward to an exciting season with all brand new equipment and uniforms that the Lord has provided. It is our responsibility to take care of it. Please remember that you are responsible
for returning your Equipment, Game Jersey, Game Pants, and Cheerleading Uniforms in the same condition that they were given to you. These
uniforms are very costly, so here are some helpful rules and suggestions that will help us all.
We ask that children NOT be allowed to chew gum or sticky candies while wearing the uniform. That they NOT eat or drink anything while wearing the uniform that may stain or discolor it, such
as mustard, red dyed drinks, etc.
**If it is your turn to bring snack for the game, please keep this in mind.
Football Game Pants, Game Jerseys, or Cheerleading Uniforms are NOT to
be put in the dryer. Please hang them up to dry.
Football Jerseys may be worn to school ONLY on your designated game
day. Remember to be careful while eating lunch at school.
Game Pants and Game Jerseys are NOT to be worn to practices. If you choose to wear your game uniform to practice, you will Not be allowed to practice, and consequently
will be marked absent, thus affecting your playing time for the next game. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Hint: DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE
* If you play on Saturdays,
Put your pads in your practice pants on Saturday Night, that way you are ready for Monday.
*You will wear practice
attire for scrimmages unless told differently by your coach.
*If you choose too, buy
a separate pair of pant pads, one for game pants, and one for practice.
*Game Pants and Jerseys should be washed after every game, it keeps stains from settling.
When we have equipment turn-in, Please make sure that all uniforms are washed and completely dry. Please make sure that all football equipment is wiped clean with a damp cloth before returning. Helmets should be free from grass and mud before every game and hand-ins. Take
Pride in your appearance as Sherman His House Colt Athletes and Spectators; remember that we are a team that is representing
God.
God Bless,
His House Sports Ministries
